Founded by Patricia Bopp (66) and Alaina Bopp (30), BOPPILATES was created from a shared passion for helping others become stronger, healthier, and more confident through movement. Alaina Bopp’s journey to fitness began long before BOPPILATES.
At just six years old, Alaina faced significant health challenges that resulted in frequent bone fractures, muscular injuries, and countless hospital visits. Despite these obstacles, she found strength through dance. As a competitive dancer at the Dance Studio of Fresno, movement became her source of confidence, resilience, and healing.
After undergoing surgery and experimental treatments at Stanford’s Packard Children’s Hospital in 2009, her body began to heal, allowing her to continue pursuing her passion. She went on to train professionally with the prestigious Marat Daukayev School of Ballet and The Kirov Academy of Ballet before earning her degree in Fine Arts (Dance) from the University of California, Irvine.
It was at UCI that Alaina discovered Pilates—a method that completely transformed her approach to movement, recovery, and strength. Pilates taught her how to build a stronger, healthier body through proper alignment, core stability, flexibility, balance, and controlled movement.
As her passion for Pilates grew, she studied various methods, instructors, and equipment before carefully selecting the industry-leading Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformers and Cardio Assault Elite Runner Pros for BOPPILATES.
Today, every class Alaina teaches is designed to help clients build strength, confidence, flexibility, endurance, and a deeper mind-body connection. Opening BOPPILATES has been one of the greatest honors of her life, allowing her to transform her personal journey of healing into a community where others can become stronger, healthier, and more confident.
She knows firsthand the power of movement to transform lives and is passionate about helping clients discover what their bodies are truly capable of.

Patricia Bopp is living proof that strength, confidence, and vitality have no age limit.
At 66 years old, Patricia continues to challenge the idea that aging means slowing down. A proud Fresno State graduate, accomplished business executive, and Senior Vice President at Teleperformance, she has spent her life leading with discipline, determination, and a commitment to personal growth.
Patricia’s passion for health and wellness led her to become her own real-life success story. As her body changed with age, she became determined to better understand how movement, strength training, mobility, and recovery could help women not only maintain their health—but thrive. Through years of study, training, and learning from some of the best Pilates instructors across the country, Patricia discovered a method that transformed the way she moved, felt, and lived.
Her philosophy is simple: aging well isn’t about doing less—it’s about moving smarter.
By combining Pilates, strength training, cardio, flexibility, and proper recovery, Patricia has built a strong, resilient body while improving balance, core stability, posture, endurance, and overall confidence. Her dedication to lifelong wellness ultimately inspired her to partner with her daughter, Alaina, to create BOPPILATES.
Today, Patricia brings warmth, encouragement, and real-world experience to every class she teaches. She is passionate about helping clients of all ages build strength, improve mobility, prevent injury, and discover what’s possible when they invest in themselves.
When she’s not teaching at BOPPILATES, you’ll likely find her traveling the world, cooking with her family, spending time at the beach with her doodle puppies, or continuing her own fitness journey.

Lead Instructor
Brianna Tucker has been an integral part of BOPPILATES since the very beginning. From the day she walked into the studio, she quickly became more than an instructor—she became a cornerstone of our community and an essential part of the BOPPILATES family.
A former collegiate basketball player at California State University, Monterey Bay, Brianna earned her degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science while competing on a scholarship. Following multiple knee surgeries, she began searching for a challenging yet sustainable form of exercise that would allow her to stay strong without the wear and tear of high-impact training. That’s when she discovered Reformer Pilates.
After years of dedicated practice, Brianna found her passion not only in Pilates but in helping others discover what their bodies are capable of. Her extensive knowledge of movement, biomechanics, and exercise science allows her to create intelligent, effective workouts that challenge clients while supporting long-term health and wellness.
What makes Brianna truly special is her ability to combine expertise with encouragement. Her classes are energetic, motivating, and thoughtfully designed to help clients build strength, confidence, endurance, and results. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, Brianna has a way of making every person feel supported, challenged, and successful.

Madi Rossi brings a unique blend of knowledge, compassion, and positive energy to the BOPPILATES team. A graduate of Fresno State with a degree in Accounting, Madi currently works in Resource Management at Moss Adams while pursuing her passion for health, wellness, and helping others feel their best.
Madi first discovered Pilates as a low-impact workout that complemented her active lifestyle and quickly fell in love with the physical and mental benefits it provided. Not only did Pilates help her build strength, flexibility, and endurance, but it also became a powerful outlet for stress relief and self-care amidst the demands of everyday life.
As a new mother, Madi has developed a special interest in pelvic floor health, postpartum recovery, and helping women reconnect with their bodies through movement. She is passionate about continuing her education in these areas and understands firsthand the importance of building strength, stability, and confidence during every stage of life.
Her classes are designed to create a welcoming and supportive environment where clients of all levels feel encouraged, challenged, and empowered. Madi loves guiding clients through workouts that strengthen the core, improve overall body awareness, and leave them feeling energized long after class ends.

Gianna Falco brings energy, positivity, and enthusiasm to every class she teaches. A proud Fresno State alumna, Gianna earned her degree in Communication while being an active member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. Her passion for fitness began at a young age through competitive soccer, as well as her involvement in her high school’s Pep and Cheer team.
Today, Gianna works as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative and continues to pursue her passion for health, wellness, and helping others feel their best. Always eager to explore new ways to stay active, she discovered Pilates and quickly fell in love with its ability to strengthen both the body and mind. In 2024, she became a certified Pilates instructor and has been dedicated to sharing the benefits of Pilates with others ever since.
What truly sets Gianna apart is her infectious personality. The moment she walks into a room, her positive energy is impossible to miss. Her classes are upbeat, motivating, and filled with encouragement, creating an environment where clients feel challenged, supported, and excited to keep coming back. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned client, Gianna has a unique ability to make every workout both effective and enjoyable.

Instructor
Lindsey Mooshagian brings an exceptional level of knowledge, education, and expertise to the BOPPILATES team. With a degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science and a Pilates certification earned in 2021, Lindsey has dedicated her career to understanding how the body moves, heals, and performs at its highest potential.
In 2025, she further expanded her expertise by earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and now serves as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) nurse. Her advanced medical training, combined with her background in exercise science and Pilates, gives her a uniquely comprehensive understanding of the human body, movement patterns, injury prevention, recovery, and overall wellness.
Lindsey’s passion lies in helping people move better, feel stronger, and build confidence through purposeful movement. Her classes combine science-backed programming with intentional movement patterns designed to improve strength, mobility, alignment, stability, and overall body awareness. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, working toward a fitness goal, or simply looking to feel your best, Lindsey creates workouts that are both challenging and approachable.
What truly sets Lindsey apart is her ability to educate while she teaches. Her deep understanding of anatomy and physiology allows clients to better understand their bodies while developing strength and confidence in every movement.
